Tessa
Founder & Owner
With an event management and travel background, Tessa founded Assisted Adventures with her extensive and lived mental health knowledge, hoping to deliver a compassionate, fun and independent view to care for all ages. Tessa’s hobbies include anything outdoors, records, her therapy dog, live events and meeting new people.

Kez
Managing Director
Offering an extensive personal and professional mental health knowledge base, Kez brings an extremely kind, compassionate and caring management style to Assisted Adventures. Kez loves organising and exploring the region, and is a strong advocate for those living with mental and physical disabilities.

Fiona
Area Support Manager
With many years working in the mental health industry, Fiona has always been passionate about working with youth, advocating for independence and growth across all aspects of their lives. Outside of work, you’ll find Fiona cooking, gardening or spending time with her family and friends.

Faye
Support & Admin Superstar
Faye is a part of our admin & support dream team, and is super passionate about seeing people living their best life and advocating for those who need assistance. Faye’s hobbies include live gigs, animals, walking and hikes, gardening, growing food, soccer and cooking.

Sarah
Product Manager
With a background in childcare and youth work, Support Superstar Sarah has extensive experience working in the ASD and mental health areas. Outside of work, you can find Sarah enjoying outdoor adventures, 4WDing, at the beach, fishing or creating art.

Layla
Support Superstar
Our calm and outgoing Support Superstar Layla enjoys supporting children and youth living with mental and physical disabilities in a holistic, independent setting designed around your lifestyle. Layla is passionate about surfing, sports, live music and spending time with her friends.

Harley
Support Superstar
As an ex-mechanic, Support Superstar Harley is our super calm, practical and hands-on team member who is always happy to help, no matter what. Outside of work, Harley loves building and maintaining cars, spending time with his family and being in the great outdoors.

Asha
Support Superstar
Our Support Superstar Asha is an invaluable member of the Assisted Adventures team, bringing with him an extensive knowledge of ADHD, ASD and Bipolar Disorder knowledge. Asha specialises in working with clients who live with behavioural issues. Outside of work Asha is a photographer, traveller and adventurer. He enjoys surfing, skating, camping and exploring.

Kylie
Support Superstar
With an extensive range of experience in the support and mental health arenas, our Support Superstar Kylie is a well-loved member of our team. Outside of work, you can find Kylie shopping, cooking, gardening and amongst the outdoors.

Renee
Support Superstar
With a nursing background, Support Superstar Renee specialises in working with children, behavioural issues, general mental health, ASD and ADHD. Renee ensures that all children in her care
feel seen and heard in all of their support services.
Renee’s hobbies include cooking, baking, playing and interacting with children, running, going to the beach, and learning guitar.

I am a carer who enjoys laughing with my clients, shopping, cooking, and enjoying a movie now and then. I enjoy helping clients to feel comfortable with daily activities. I love organising things. I love sharing incredible experiences and milestones together. Specialising in physical disabilities and mental health Extensive experience with Children Passionate about helping clients become empowered and independent.

Sian
Support Superstar
Sian is a dedicated disability support worker. Sian spent two enriching years in Japan after high school, where she taught English to both children and adults in group and one-on-one settings. Upon returning to Australia, Sian pursued a degree in Creative Industries at university while continuing to teach English online. She welcomed many of her Japanese students for short homestays in Australia, hosting around 25 times, mostly individuals studying for work or business but also had some families visit with their kids. Sian enjoyed taking them sightseeing in the Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast, Brisbane, and Gold Coast. Sian's dedication to helping others extends beyond teaching.

Support Superstar
For the past 2 years I have worked in Disability support specialising in support for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. I am passionate about enabling my clients to remain active in their community and in their own home. I enjoy developing a stable and reliable relationship and focus on a "doing with" not "doing for" attitude.

Alethea
Support Superstar
Alethea brings extensive experience in working with mothers to create a resilient, joyful, and nurturing home environment. She is passionate about fostering community engagement and promoting holistic well-being, believing that strong connections are the foundation of a happy life. Alethea loves outdoor adventures, exploring new crafts, and immersing herself in different languages and cultures. Her enthusiasm for traveling and learning new things helps her connect deeply with clients and bring joy to their everyday lives

​​With a strong nursing background, Ella specializes in working with children, teens, and adults, bringing extensive knowledge of mental health, ASD, ADHD, and behavioral issues. She loves making children feel seen and heard, and enjoys cooking, baking, spending time with children, going to the beach, and being around animals

Tanyia
Tanyia is a Support Superstar at Assisted Adventures with over a decade of experience in hospitality. Passionate about building rapport and forming genuine connections, she brings extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of neurodiversity, mental health, and learning difficulties to her role. This expertise allows Tanyia to provide invaluable support to customers and the community.

Mia
Mia has extensive experience working with babies, children of all ages, and individuals with disabilities. She specializes in mental health and supporting high-needs children. With a happy and energetic personality, Mia brings a caring and passionate approach to her work. In her free time, she enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time outdoors, camping, relaxing on the beach, or listening to music.
